Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Marketplace Bridge service ("Service") provided by PromptPrint ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Marketplace Bridge is a middleware that authenticates against third-party marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce and others we add), receives order events on your behalf, and forwards them into your Odoo ERP instance. The Service does not resell marketplace inventory and does not act as a merchant of record.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for owning, or being lawfully authorised to operate, each marketplace shop connected to the Service.
• You keep your marketplace developer credentials and admin sign-in credentials confidential and rotate them promptly on suspected compromise.
• You comply with each marketplace's own terms of service; connecting a shop via the Service does not exempt you from those terms.

3. Our responsibilities

• We provide the Service on a commercially reasonable-effort basis with the security posture described in the Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell, share or repurpose your marketplace data. Order data is used solely to deliver orders to your ERP and to keep an audit trail visible to you.
• We log every OAuth exchange, poll, push and retry on your account for audit and support.

4. Access & suspension

We may suspend access if the Service is being used to violate a marketplace's terms, to exfiltrate data from shops not owned by you, or if payment for the Service (where applicable) is materially overdue. In all cases we will notify you and provide reasonable opportunity to remediate before suspension.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or THB 10,000, whichever is greater.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days written notice. On termination we will disable the Service, delete stored marketplace credentials within 30 days, and export your order sync history on request.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to your registered contact at least 15 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
